Main heating system. The main heating system consists of two separate hydraulically and electrically independent heater blocks. Each unit includes 6 heating elements of 1500 W option, providing a total power of 9000 W and equipped with the necessary controls and safety features for accurate and reliable operation of the system.

Hose heating system. The hose heating system includes a 4000 W isolating transformer, allowing hose heating up to 93 m (150 m optional).

Control Panel. The control panel consists of a touch screen as well as specially developed software to facilitate the selection and control of all operating parameters in a simple and accessible manner. A sophisticated alarm system prevents process failures, ensuring correct material application and operator safety.

The phase connection alarm is included in the system as an additional element to avoid costly repairs due to malfunctions or errors when the dosing unit is incorrectly connected to the electrical network.

Dosing pumps. A double-rod hydraulic cylinder drives two opposed chemical metering pumps. To obtain different volumetric ratios between products, several types of pumps of different sizes can be used.

Gama logger. The GAMA flash device is an electronic data acquisition system. During the operating process of the dosing unit, various parameters are read and written at intervals of 2 seconds using a USB device. With Gama Logger, collected data can be visualized, analyzed, printed or presented graphically. You can also view a list of all alarms that occurred during your workflow.
